BLESSED TEA has partnered with India's best Delivery Channels and proud to maintain a very fast delivery experience. You can rely on us for smooth, safe, and hassle-free delivery with some exceptions depending on the serviceability of the PIN Code destination. BLESSED TEA offers 2 types of Shipping modes which are available for selection at the time of order submission through the Cart process.
SHIPPING TIME
Delhi & NCR Location: It may take 2-3 days to deliver the shipment in Delhi and NCR locations.
Rest of India: It may take somewhere between 3-12 days depending on the destination and serviceability of the PIN-code destination available by the courier. This option is free of cost and available to all our customers. The only criteria are the minimum order value of Rs.300 INR or more.
Customers have the option to opt for express shipping in which we charge a small fee to deliver the product as fast as possible and available with courier companies.
Delhi & NCR Location: It may take 1-2 days to deliver the shipment to Delhi and NCR locations.
Rest of India: It may take somewhere between 2-6 days depending on the destination and serviceability of the PIN-code destination available by the courier. This option is free of cost and available to all our customers. The only criteria are the minimum order value of Rs.700 INR or more.
PROCESSING TIME
Order received between Monday-Friday on or before 6 PM IST is processed by the next day except on National Holiday or shortage of stock. The same shall be communicated to the customer as soon as possible. Order received after Friday 6 PM IST, shall get the process on next Monday. The order must be paid in full before this time to make it consider for processing and dispatch. COD orders take extra time in processing and may get delayed. Please refer COD details below.
TRACKING OF SHIPMENT
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email (SMS or WhatsApp) notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) SHIPMENT
The Cash on Delivery (COD) option is limited and may not be available with all orders and locations. Since COD adds additional cost at our end and delay the remittance of payment to us, if you select this option, you also agree to pay Rs.50/- towards the COD fee charged by our shipping partner. COD ORDER ONCE DISPATCHED CANNOT BE CANCELLED. We reserve the right not to accept COD orders at our sole decision.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not offer international shipping at this moment.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 7 (seven) days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the full shipping costs for the return (shipping and the reverse shipping of the courier). It is compulsory to get a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number by contacting us. Please email us within 7 days of delivery at CARE@BLESSEDTEA.IN with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. You MUST contact us before returning your products. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER. We do not issue credit for items returned without an RMA number. We do not cover the costs of return shipping charges unless it's an issue of company mistake. To receive full credit, all returns must be unopened in their original packaging and a resalable condition.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
ACCESSORY WARRANTY
Most of our accessory products are considered third-party products which are not produced by BLESSED TEA. The customer should see the manufacturer's warranty which is usually mentioned on the product box with applicable terms and conditions. The customer should retain a copy of the purchase invoice sent by email at the time of order placement. Other accessory products carry a limited warranty of six months which will cover only manufacturing defects if any. Problem or issue arise due to misuse or mishandling of the products, breakage or any other similar issue are not covered or accepted by BLESSED TEA.
