REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 7 (seven) days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the full shipping costs for the return (shipping and the reverse shipping of the courier). It is compulsory to get a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number by contacting us. Please email us within 7 days of delivery at CARE@BLESSEDTEA.IN with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. You MUST contact us before returning your products. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER. We do not issue credit for items returned without an RMA number. We do not cover the costs of return shipping charges unless it's an issue of company mistake. To receive full credit, all returns must be unopened in their original packaging and a resalable condition.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We will gladly exchange any unopened product for a product of comparable value within 7 days of delivery. The reverse shipping charges have to be paid by the customer who is returning it. Prior contacting to us on email CARE@BLESSEDTEA.IN and receipt of returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number will be compulsory for exchange as well.
